Made a reservation at Savage BNB in Kanab, UT it had to be made by AIRBNB which required payment in full for the whole 4 nights. Apon arriveal the room was not ready we returned 1 hr later it was still not ready my wife look at the room in the basement, the bathroom had no door, and it was not clean, we refused to stay there. We offered 1 nights stay and asked for a refund of the remainder of $247.50 to be refunded. They refused and only refunded $ 60.00 of the $ 330.00 we paid in advance. Beware of booking with AIRBNB. |
