I am in the Miami area and my family, in different forms, camped all my life!  What great memories...Yellowstone and bears, a skunk in camp, sleeping in a tent with 7 siblings and parents..from coast to coast!   Can't think of any memories that bring such joy to my life!   Now in my 60's I have not gone for several years...seems life just gets in the way these days!  I would love to hear from some folks down in this area...either permanent or as "snowbirds".  Would be very interested in singles camping!  Maybe camping would bring sparks from more than the campfire!!
PS  I am a girl!

Hi all you campers!  I have been thinking about camping a lot lately, actually whether I could still get on the ground to put  up my tent! I absolutely love camping. I refuse to beIieve that I'll never camp again. I am the oldest of 5 kids and our parents took us from Kentucky to California camping many times. I continued camping through my marriage and now wish I could find a singles group to camp with. Although I live in North Florida, I'd especially like to go to the Blue RIdge in NC as well as visit all the National Parks again. I would move into adult camping but am not sure about driving any type of RV by myself. Sure would like to meet other campers who would like to try to organize something, how about meeting at Carolina Hemlocks Park on Rt. 80 near Burnsville, NC in October? Any takers.

No.  We like to sleep in the woods, eat canned food, run naked and burn dead dead trees.

What pisses me off is that we go all the way out to God's green acre, to be in nature, and all weekend we get chased around by busy bodies on and on about where and how we can cop a squat.  Gtf off my back already.

Where's my sign?

The answer is Yes, I like to go on camping and mostly want to spend my weekend at any hill station. During camping, hiking and climbing are my favorite hobbies.

Tips for kids camping;-
Temperatures ascending and there is no regulator to set the open. The only way to cope with the unflagging withstand changes is to protect your kids with the victorian clothes. Intermixture in layers keeps children change, spell letting them peel off the out layers when they feel hot.
