In Response to Which airline not to use: Just wanted to warn everyone about Spirit airlines. We recently used them for a flight from Detroit to Las Vegas. They canceled the flight a half hour before take off was scheduled. They got us a flight out the next day but it was with a different airline, which cost us more money because of seat fees and baggage fees. Spirit refuses to reimburse is for the seat fees or offer any type of compensation for the inconvenience that they caused. Their customer service is horrible, whether on the phone or in person. BEWARE!!! Posted by dlm73 I am also confused and had a same questrion and much worried about it . |
