I just bought one and don't know how to begin setting it up. I read most of the 168 page on-line manual and am overwhelmed. I don't know how to get my contacts into it from my old cell phone or how to

I just bought one and don't know how to begin setting it up. I read most of the 168 page on-line manual and am overwhelmed. I don't know how to get my contacts into it from my old cell phone or how to download apps. Should I just go to the local AT&T store and ask them to get me started? Is there any good, simple on-line source or book to help me?
