Have you been approached by someone selling these "chips"? This company is owned by a man who had started previous, failed companies, one was named Biostreams. They sold "structered water". One ounce of this specially treated water added to a gallon of tap water and it was transformed  into "super water" with amazing health benefits.
Looking at the history of these  chips, they started out to contain magic herbs, then crystals, then the "technology" turned to Holographic stickers which can be manufactured for pennies.

They've never been scientifically proven to work as described. In fact, an OSU study showed them to be useless. In spite of all of this, people are still turning over their hard-earned dollars in exchange for these plastic stickers.

A "scientific breakthrough", as these are described, should be promoted through medical or scientific journals but instead they are skillfully marketed by a MLM (multi-level marketing), similar to the pyramid companies.

There are thousands of testimonies of how these things reduce pain, give energy, help sleep and dozens of other cure-alls but they are all from peoples that sell the chips hoping to become rich beyond their wildest dreams as the company suggests.

To hear both sides of the story, do a you-tube search for "Cieaura Scam" or a google search for the term "Cieaura Tip Test Explained" to see how the salesman market it, and how the test was debunked.
