In Response to Where do you meet new men?: I've tried the 12 items or less line at the grocery store. I've tried online dating with no luck. I've gone to single's dances, joined online meetup groups, kareoke, gone to the local recreation center, etc. I really don't know where to meet new men. The singles dances have changed. They're all clicks and social groups that won't let let you even sit at their table or even talk to you. The guys in the group won't ask you to dance because they're afraid the women in the group will get mad. I work part time and would like to have a social life. Maybe, some input from other singles would help me. I enjoy almost everything and would love to meet some new men. Thanks, Lori Posted by halley888 I would hope that you would find good and nice men around here. Same place where I hope to find that nice Lady also. This is a good place to start. Good and nice people around here. I havn't been around for awhile. I would like to start coming back again and hope to startup some good chat and hope to connect with that special person. Hope every one had a nice Thanksgiving. |

Like Catholic Singles many years ago.Posted by halley888 There were other single dancers that I don't recall there names. Had fun dacing and met some friends on and off. Good time etc. There must be some newspapers out there that show some ads for singles. There were these afterhour groups that I did attend. They were okay. Snacks wine beer soda etc. |

In Response to Re: Where do you meet new men?: In response to "Re: Where do you meet new men?": I so agree that it is hard to meet men over 50. I have tried various classes and " senior" groups, but they are filled with women (who much of the time are bitter, "act" old, and act like they know everything!). I just moved to a new city in Washington and would like to make some new friends and some men to share symphonies, travel and opera with. No luck yet!
