I am looking for same friendship. I am married but my husband and I have nothing in common. Everything I like he doesnt. And all he cares is sport. For years my children and I watch him playing and winning but enough is .... Unfortunately you are too far. I live in Rochester, NY. Do crafts, play cards, walk and love to travel...anywhere where is warm. I babysit my grandchildren so the time I have off is when children do. I have a timeshare and would love to travel with another lady to Florida or close by warmer climate areas. I was born in Poland and havent been there since 1976. Would love to go there one more time but again, need another person to go with. Alone its no fun! Anyone interesting?,...let me know. Thanks |

I am looking for friends. I live in New York city and am 77. I just moved here 2 1/2 years ago to be nearer my children. I am a widow. My husband passed away in 2007. I retired from work in 2010 . I worked as a phone counselor for parents at an agency that had the mission of child abuse prevention. I enjoy reading, writing(am trying to become a writer for children, movies, tv, museums and many other things. I keep busy as a volunteer and love children and animals. Would enjoy hearing from both men and women living in the New York area.
