Hello All,

Well this is a long one and a tough one and we do not know what to do. My mother in law who love with all my heart and who has been a mother to me for the past 7-9 years more then my own mom has been was just diagnosed with stage 4 cancer on oct 15th.
my wife and i went down to see her and her daughter also came up to see her we talked to my wifes step sisster about her care and it is not good. my mother in law will need to go to hospice and she said she might want hospice to be at home.
well we said we would move down there and help and was told no by my sister in law that she would do it and it comes to find out she is living in the house right now and will not let my wife or i in to the house.
we have power of attorny over my wifes father who is in a nursing home and his sister my wifes aunt. My father in law and my mother in law are still married. my mother in law has a few months to live and we would love to be there but as i said my sister in law does not want us there.
also my sister in law emaled my wife and wantes us to clean the house out of all my wifes fathers stuff and all of my wives aunts stuff. I just do not know what to do to me it feels like my sister in law wants to move in where her husband and for what reason we do not know now if my mother in law goes home for hospice then yes that is fine buit the house is huge and there is allot of storage there to store all of my father in law and his sisters stuff there.
the thing also if they move in and my mother in law passes away in amonth or two then the house falls to us since my father in law is still alive and we will have to kick them out to sale the house or pay off the reverse mortage.

also we hav not talked to my wifes mother in law my wives sister in law will not allow it but for a few mins at a time she has done the same thing to my wifes father he is onloy allowed to talk to his wife a few mins a day and he has seen her every day for the past 30 years till she went in the hospital.

we just do not know what to do oh yeah my sister in law has not seen her mom in over 16 years she came up this year in Augs before my mother in law was told she has cancer.

Help

Sorry for the spelling errors upset and typing to fast

You need to get an attorney as soon as possible.

Have you contacted an attorney?  Legal action may be the only way to handle this.
