my fiance needs an l-tec ..there is only one within reasonale driving distance of our house... and they may not take him because his insurance, medicare has run out for there...for any L tec's... and

my fiance needs an l-tec ..there is only one within reasonale driving distance of our house... and they may not take him because his insurance, medicare has run out for there...for any L tec's... and the only nurseing home/rehab places in the state the take vent patents are far from home and he needs me to help him with rehab.. insurance/ medicare dosent seem to understand that...who do I talk to? does anybody know?!...I promised him Id would fix this... we NEED to be close together..He needs my help!. who at medicare do I talk to? what do I say? HELP! |

We have a family member that has applied for social security 9 months ago, was denied and appealed. She has diabetes and detached retina. She is saving for a second surgery to pay cash. Does anyone have any suggestions? We are thinking of getting a disability lawyer. Thanks |
