I know making time for yourelf while taking care of someone else is so hard...yet it's so important.  You won't be able to help your mom if you're neglecting yourself.  Be sure to carve out some time each week (or each day) when you can do things you need/want to do for yourself - whether it's running errands, doing yoga, meeting up with a friend or simply reading a book.  You'll find that you'll be a much better caregiver for your mom.  You might find this resource helpful: http://www.aarp.org/home-family/caregiving/info-05-2012/caring-for-yourself-during-caregiving.html.  Good luck and take care.
