What are your thoughts Posted by CocoChynadoll Of all the candidates Romney is the best of the worst and every day I hear a comment that makes me cringe. Is Romney seriously thinking all of it is jealousy of the rich and it ends there......that is when you can't feed your family, you lose your home, and you collect a measly check that doesn't stretch far enough. ? (I've heard this one before however) but If Romney & those on the right really think its all jealousy of the rich ....they are more stupid that I even imagined. I.E.. I heard Romney refer to people like me as practicing "the bitter politics of envy" and "resentment of success". AS IF that was my first thought when I know someone who went bankrupt or was THEIR thinking because they lost a good job and couldn't find another for two years.....Or recently we had many fundraiser in town for medical causes that never reached the goals because families don't t have the money to provide the proper healthcare necessary for a member . ( only in America) . . |

I'm more interested in voting the PARTY LINE and what the party stands for. True, we democrats don't always get the changes we want and get changes we don't want and that's mainly due to the "other's" on the other side. Just don't hold your breath that the republicans owning the HOUSE will get their one-track mind off of taxes and actually do something. Just don’t hold your breath waiting for someone to explain just how reducing the Deficit creates jobs, because you’ll suffocate long before it happens and the closest thing I heard to an answer was Rep. Paul Ryan (R)) saying it will relieve rich people of the fear that we’re coming after them for the money. HARDY HAR HAR Thus, as the fantasy evolves, IF the rich unburdened by that paralyzing fear that the poor will take some of their money back, the rich will start spending & hiring the country back to prosperity He had a sure-fire plan worthy of $858 Billion in tax cuts since the last two tax cuts weren't enough to have the rich hire more people. . No one is going to fix unemployment in this country or anywhere else that there is over-population where there are too many people going after too few good jobs and obviously, technology and automation take jobs away and have been for quite some time. Candidates have always told the electorate what they want to hear and what they're doing now reflects the wishes of a minority of the people rather than what the majority wants. |

Yes, that''s true about e. g. Romney but this is definitely not true about Ron Paul. He says what he thinks, no matter to whom. Fox example he thinks it is better for Americans to trade with every country and to travel wherever they want. And he said this in Miami, FL - of course he knew they wouldn't like that and he would be boo'ed.. Because he is very honest and very consistent I believe he will always care most about majority of American people. (and now Ron Paul has endorsment of South Carolina's senator Tom Davis!) As to Romney-in 2008 he won primaries in 11 states but wasn't nominated... |
