I work for Mike Kappel, a "serial entrepreneur" in Canton, Ohio. Mike is very concerned about how government mandates are squeezing small businesses and keeping them from hiring more workers. He also feels that media bias makes it hard for workers to know the facts prior to voting. So Mike stepped back from business-as-usual long enough to produce a 4-minute video and supporting materials, which we then emailed to small business owners (http://www.SmallBusinessHires.com).  Mike is NOT a politician nor an activist. He is NOT telling people who to vote for. He is just a 55-year-old entrepreneur who cares deeply about small business.

I am posting our video link here for you to share as you wish (again, that is http://www.SmallBusinessHires.com).  I found it helpful to have the facts at my fingertips when discussing the election issues with others. Do you think voters are informed before going to the polls? Any ideas on how to balance out the media bias on both sides? Do you think our video is effective?
