Let's take a look, if you will, at the Second Amendment of the Constitution, which protects every American's right to shoot another American. It says nothing about giving the person who is shot health insurance to prevent him from dying. This cherished constitutional right to shoot people and make them dead is currently recognized in all fifty states, most recently Florida. . ( excerpt from . The Borowitz Report ) The above is written as sarcasm and really the issue shouldn't be taken lightly. A law that allows a person to be shot if they look like a threat has spread to many states and we aren't talking about breaking into someone's house. I personally find it creepy that this guy sits for 3 hours in his vehicle with a gun waiting for a victim. Any neighborhood watches I know of are there to report suspicious incidents .... no one takes matters into their hands except for the police who are prepared and qualified. |
