Mitt Romney said “gifts” to youth, minorities and the poor helped President Obama win. Leaders of his Republican Party rushed to disagree, some vehemently. Here’s what they’ve said.

It appears that Mitt is a bit disgruntled about the election and venting a little, which is making every other Republican put a lot of distance between themselves and Mitt Romney.

Its like todays Republicans not wanting George W or Cheney to be seen any where near this years Republican National Convention or the entire election for that matter. They didn't want to remind the voters about those 8 miserable years under Bush and Cheney, but wanted Romney to maintain the same failed policies. The Right Wing Republicans told us how great Rpmney was just a few weeks ago, but not so much anymore.

They are not running from Romney but throwing him under the bus.  They will be doing the same to the tea party soon.  It seems they want to adapt to Democratic Ideals now that reality is setting in.  There is no honor among thieves.

The very fact that neither Bush nor Cheney stood by Romney during the convention and campaigns speaks volumes. They know that they created this economic mess, but would have to constantly lie to try to convince us that their way was successful. The Repubs know that their policies don't connect with average Americans. Many of those who voted for Romney aren't in the top percent, but voted for him because of party ideologies and racism.

Romney just wanted to RE-GIFT to himself and the wealthiest....one.. big reason he lost.

The biggest single donor in political history, the casino billionaire
Sheldon Adelson, contributed more than $60 million, but of the eight candidates he supported, none were victorious.  LOL---    Guess he can afford the loss but now he's going to have to pay taxes but unlike Donald Trump who went bankrup 4 times......Adelson can afford it except it's the principle of it all.   Why should he pay when the middle class can pick up his tab.   Some like  Myth Romney are hoarders of money......and like many hoarders have to find  extra storage to keep the extra stuff they accummulate......and Romney accummulates money and stores his $$  overseas.

This election proved more people have caught onto the fraudulent claims that republicans make and if the GOP doesn't  change policies (which they are denying is necessary today)  we soon will have just the Green Party and the Democrats as the major two parties in the USA.    Just let Boehner / McConnell  fool with  SS and medicare yet....that will wake up more people.
