After listening to the Republican clown act leading up to the Iowa caucus, the reality is there is NOT a dimes difference in the 7 or 8 or 9 clowns running. A. They ALL support tax cuts for the 1% B.

I don't really want to get into the debate between the merits of conservatism and liberalism.  I would just like to say I too believe Ron Paul is the only honest, independent candidate that really has the best interests of the American people at heart.  I actually like and respect President Obama but he just hasn't got the job done.  Yes, I know his supporters want to blame old G.W. and the Repuplicans for that but that is nothing but a cop out.  He has been in the job for going on three years and all he has accoplsihed is the passage of a health care bill that at least half of Americans don't want.  He had a mjority in Congress before the mid-term elections and instead of utilizing that he wasted the opportunity to ram through the health care bill that polarized the country and gave birth to the Tea Party.  That is the funny thing.  As much as Dems hate the Tea Party, in a real sense President Obama created it.

Astra, on a personal note I salute you for your dedication to your candidate.  I am very impressed with how you back up your arguments with facts.  I wish more Americans took the issues and the priviledge of voting as seriously as you do.  My hat is off to you.

Thank you Idarter.

The point is that since Ron Paul thinks "outside the box" as compared to media he is the most misunderstood (and I would say the most BRILLIANT) candidate.
He explains some of his positions in this interview with Wolf Blitzer CNN

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=GO7NYtZzX2Q

Ron  Paul defends American constitution and it should be mainstream! For some reason we have gone astray - and it wasn't a good idea. It has led to economic collapse..

Is American constitution radical or dangerous?

only YOUNG people understand Ron Paul
such as you!
