Sister Simone Campbell will be travelling from city to city with other Sisters to protest the Ryan Republican Budget, which cuts over $200 billion from senior citizen healthcare. Sister Campbell calls the Ryan Republican Budget " Immoral". Sister Campbell says Social Security and Medicare are not the cause of our deficit and that the Iraq War was the main cause of our deficit. Sister Campbell believes Christians have to have each others backs. She goes on to say that if Republican leaders like Paul Ryan only see people at the top 1% , they dont see the struggles of the rest of Americans. Sister Campbell is hoping to meet with the Republican leaders during her tour. |
