January 22nd will mark the 39th anniversary of Roe v. Wade, the landmark Supreme Court decision that established a woman’s right to safe, legal abortion care.
While the 39th anniversary of Roe v. Wade is certainly something to celebrate, the attacks on women’s health are a stark reminder that we cannot take Roe for granted. Some events that are scheduled to commemorate the 39th anniversary of Roe v Wade standing strong against attacks on women’s health .......with Planned Parenthood and coalition partners, including Progress Florida, the ALCU, NOW, Medical Students for Choice, the Religious Coalition for Reproductive Choice, the National Council of Jewish Women, the National Women’s Political Caucus, the League of Women Voters, Equality Florida, and many more. |
