I'm really confused. Isn't the current administration policy to give aid only to those that burn our flag and kill out citizens? This would be in line with that policy. I keep thinking of how all these trillions of $$$ for wars and foreign aid are being allocated for countries that hate the US and work to destroy us. How is it that the politicians will approve money that is wasted when we can't even have a decent health care system for all Americans? This foolish notion that we're going to win their "hearts and minds" and bring them democracy hasn't worked. We're being encouraged to support all these "Arab Springs" which is nothing more than the militant Islamics using the people to uprise against "dictators" who know they have to control all the warring factions in their countries. We just assume that all these rebels are rioting for democracy. We stood by Egypt, but now see a hardcore Muslim leader in office where women have to wear scarves while on TV. |
