Rick Perry bowed out - we have 4 GOP candidates left. Since he is the only anti-war candidate (including Obama...) I support Ron Paul and I want everybody here to know more about him of course I will

this is from Sept.2008 so it is not "self-sale pitch " of campaign.
This is just to show that American people are Ron Paul's first priority

this is the answer to people who still say that Ron  Paul is looney, crazy or weirde. And it  is not enough that he is an MD,
He made that speech in congress in 1988 (background) but the political cartoons that you see are of course mad later

Ron Paul has not won a primary yet and I think some of his better chances are past.

The problem is that you probably  get you news from mainstream tv, which, as I said, is VERY biased against Ron Paul.
Yes, he won in VIRGIN ISLAND although tv initiallly said that Romney won  and then never gave the correct news.

Maine and Missouri have also problems because he is winning and the  GOP establisment needs to count the votes in such a way that he will not.
But more and more Americans see that he is right.
And more and more Americans realize that what he proposes might be the only way for  the usa to get better!

In terms of delegates Romney won since he got 6, and Paul one. The people vote for the candidates but also for the delegates and the delegates with the most votes are the ones selected. So Paul won the popular vote but Romney won the territory with the delegates. So in effect Paul lost.

Yes, mainstream media (msm) talk that way too: everywhere popular vote counts most, except in Virgin Islands
in EVERY OTHER STATE they rate candidates according to popular vote - not according to # of delegates

They are unable to say that Ron Paul actually won. (29%, Romney was 2nd-26%)

Actually in some of the states there may be a difference in total popular vote and total delegates, since some have statewide delegates and district delegates. For example yesterday before the primary even started, one candidate lost 10 delegates since he was not registered in some areas. I like the proportional assignments where the person receives the percent of delegates for the state and not per district. I would also get rid of caucases. To me they are a leftover of the old national conventions which I think they should also drop.

Just heard that at the useless national convention only delegates that have received the popular vote in 5 states (territories) will be considered. I expect the candidate will be decided before then anyway.

Really, I wish it was easier to understand for voters and cheaper for candidates...

this is about media bias against Ron Paul (older video)
