People spend their own money better than politicians who take- FORCEFULLY (try not to pay!) from them and then waste much of it...Some governors are smarter than others...

lol... I don't know that Jindal is all that smart. I didn't vote for him, and normally see him as a standard run of the mill politician. That is why I saw this proposal as odd coming from this man, but none the less, I still think it is a good idea, though I also think he is looking to get in the lime lite for a presidential run, if Obama hasn't ruined that for minorities. We'll just have to see if it actually comes to being.
