In Response to My Best Interest Do Not Align with AARP's.: I wholeheartedly agree that AARP does not put America first in their political campaigns. It is obvious to any reasonable minded person that AARP has become a mouthpiece for left-wing liberals whose policies have done more to ruin this country than many of our enemies in recent history. I think that what AARP wants in there best interest is not in my best interest. Obviously, I am a senior and less obvious is the fact that I have grand children. I am on a fixed income. From my personal economics, the rise in gas prices, the drop in housing value, and the unemployment rate effects me greatly. On an bigger view, his failure to support our small businesses, his not honoring his campaign promises and his inability to lead and consolidate Congress are killing the economy of this great country. II believe your putting Ms. Obama on the cover of your mag means that you support all that his corrupt administration is doing. It also tells me you act more as a PAC than an organization supporting seniors. This man and his minions, of which AARP is one, could care less about the future of my grandchildren and my social security and medicare benefits. In my view you have sold us out. Good bye. Not renewing. Oh, and in closing, Ms. Biden is married to a clown. Posted by gabulldog66 |

Posted by WildcatinKy I don't get the LEFT WING LIBERAL retorek at all......especially when A USATODAY article states that Medicare Advantage premiums fell while enrollment rose this year, despite predictions from opponents of last year's federal health care law that it would drive down enrollment and force up premiums. "On average, Medicare Advantage premiums will go down next year and seniors will enjoy more free benefits and cheaper prescription drugs," . Medicare Advantage allows seniors to leave traditional Medicare and choose private health insurance plans, including health maintenance organizations or preferred provider organizations Experts who have studied the proposals now being debated generally say the changes actually aim to strengthen Medicare and improve beneficiaries’ care and access to physicians. The proposals even add new benefits; for example, making preventive measures, such as mammograms and colonoscopies, free to beneficiaries and substantially improving prescription drug coverage. Still, the fears remain. |

Obama is trying desperately to swim with both legs being held by the republican congress. NEVER in history has there been a party, democrat or republican who have done so much to do so little for the good of this country and its' people. Never have we had a group who are interested only in making their superior, their boss, their leader, the President of the United States fail. It does not concern them that if the President fails...so does this country. Never have there been so many who have no facts to back up their putting down the President. They have nothing on their side. Nothing good they have done to build a case against President Obama. They know only hate and fear. That is what they preach. If the only place you get your political information is from people like FOX 10 then you will remain ignorant, uninformed, scared and full of hate. I want more in my life than that. I will vote for more. I will not vote on the basis of fear, hate and lies. I will not be lead to slaughter without knowing the turns, pot holes and the EXIT of that road to the pen. We have a choice but if all we do is close our eyes and ears, listen to only what we grew up believing, never finding out for ourselves, never listening to "the other side" then we will remain in the dark and be only the eco of somebody else with no original thought of our own. I refuse to be reduced to being a No Body. I listen. I hear. I read. I know Obama is the one to lead us out of what the republicans have created....a road to poverty and despair. I will vote for President Obama in a heart beat. I hope you will too.
