I wonder if all the Romney voters in the states affected by Hurricane Sandy will call Obama incompetent when he's offered government help as they try to cope with the aftermath of this devastating storm. Even Christie of NJ has thanked Obama for offering help as his state has been severely damaged along the coastal areas. New York City has just about been paralyzed, but I'm sure that the Repubs there will be thankful for any help from FEMA. My daughter and her family live in the DC area, and I'm sure that their Repub VA governer will await FEMA's help. Just answer this question--in the event of a natural disaster such as Hurricane Sandy, where fallen trees block the streets and power lines are down, where bridges and roads are destroyed, where flooding has destroyed buildings, who would you turn to for president? Do you think that Romney would respond with help or Obama? Romney would tell you that you're on your own and that he'll hold a fund-raiser to help. Would that make you feel better rather than having Obama say that FEMA will be there for you? Will you feel better that FEMA become extinct so that people like Romney keep receiving tax cuts?
