In Response to Re: Beware of Herman Cain and his 999 plan: RE: /> she would pay another 9% consumption tax on $20,000. It's even worse than that! What about the dollars in your retirement savings account that you have PAID TAXES ON ALREADY , and now you will pay a 9% tax again on that money when you spend it. If you are not working you will not get the benefit of reduced payroll taxes.I thought my savings would be spent tax free except for local sales tax. |

In Response to Re: Beware of Herman Cain and his 999 plan: What do you think of Ron Paul then? He always voted that there should be no tax on Soc.Sec.benefits. as president he would take only average american income (now 39K) and he would end all income taxes (no IRS!). he promises more goodies (and his record shows he keeps his promises!) like ending all wars (our kids come home!. Posted by Astra2012 Ron Paul wants to eliminate the IRS and the income tax but that doesn’t mean they’re realistic ideas. Why not just say everyone should work for no money or revenue at all...and thereby have no monied expenses either. Everything FREE. no money exchanges necessary because we could go to bartering like the earlier centuries ---like the 1300's. . |
