Labrat as a Right Wing Republican, you've got alot of nerve criticizing President Obama's Administration, after all the needless bloodshed your Republican President Bush and Cheney caused in Iraq with their Weapons Of Mass Deception. If Romney wins your War Machine will roar again in Iran. Walk away Obama Hater and dont let true Democracy scare you. Response to Another Leak: It seems someone leaked out news of a "secret" executive order signed by the president to use covert operations against the Assad regime in Syria. I wonder who could be behind it??? I guess eric holder will get to the bottom of it,NOT!! I guess if you haven't done anything else that's positive and the economy is slowly going in to a double dip because of your anti-business policies, you have to grasp at any straws that you can find.

I'm talking about leaks that compromise whole operations and expose agents and others. The result of these leaks is the loss of trust by allies. And all this for political gain!!! In Response to Re: Another Leak: I'm talking about leaks that compromise whole operations and expose agents and others. The result of these leaks is the loss of trust by allies. And all this for political gain!!! Response to Re: Another Leak : Posted by Labrat64 The Obama administration has set a record for prosecuting leaks of classified information to the news media, with six cases to date, more than under all previous presidents combined. How about the PLAME leak when Libby took the FALL for Cheney---Rove ? Put agents overseas in jeapordy. The Justice Department referred the case of Sen. Richard Shelby of Alabama to the Senate Ethics Committee who was under investigation in the leak of classified al Qaeda communications that apparently referred to the terror attacks of September 11, 2001, law enforcement sources said Saturday. He ran from the BUBBLE ROOM to report to CNN and other news organizations on messages intercepted by U.S. intelligence on September 10, 2001, that consisted of Arabic-language telephone conversations between people in Afghanistan and Saudi Arabia. One of the intercepts said, "The match begins tomorrow." "Tomorrow is zero hour." Al quida is not stupid .....and stopped the communication immediately when they found they were being tapped. Therefore SHELBY who apparently loves PRESS hurt this country's intelligence ... by leaking this information to the press because he's another photo-opt nut. Sen. Richard Shelby (R) of Alabama leaked classified al Qaeda communications referring to the terror attacks of 911. He spoiled the FBI surveillance. |

Obama may be giving help to the Rebels in Syria, in the form of weapons and material and not actually sending troops there not even in the way we helped Libya. Our goal was achieved in Libya without any loss of American lives or any large amount of time being spent there. When we invaded Iraq Rumsfeld wanted the invasion to last but a short while. Bush decided he was going to make it a model of democracy in the Middle East, while also making Haliburton rich. Of course it didn't work. What works here in the U.S. will not necessarily work anywhere in the world. We have to learn to let other people govern themselves and fight their own war. It's just sometimes when China and Russia are helping the oppressive regime we have to help the oppressed. With the two wars that Bush started was the beginning of our deficit. Yes we do have to involve ourselves a little in the world when the oppressed are be bullied by oppressive regimes and we also have to be careful how we do it. So far Obama has done a good job of it and he really doesn't get the credit he deserves. Bush and Cheney have been great recuiters for Al Quida with waterboarding, Abu Gharib, and Gauntanamo. They have made more enemies for the U.S. than they care to admit. In Response to Re: Another Leak: why is he involving us in Syria? Posted by Astra2012 |
