I agree, The Supreme Court rules America, Congress Rules America, the Senate Rules America and the Preisdent does what they say. With a 10% approval rating of the Lawmakers yet no one votes their particiular lawmaker out of office. Please explain to me why??? we have to keep these people in our SUPREME COURT although i wish we didn't... i do not see them as "fair and unbiased". With a 10% approval rating of the Lawmakers yet no one votes their particiular lawmaker out of office. Please explain to me why??? Apathy, lack of information.it takes a lot of time to know what our government is doing! The idea was that we elect people to represent us in Washington--we trusted they would always have our interest at heart (and so we may take care of other stuff). i believe Americans start to realize that - because some evil people are greedy-they are fed toxins (like artificial sweetener which are neurotoxins), or known allergens (like gluten!), pesticides (Europe doesn't accept some products from us as they have too much residual pesticidses--but of course we eat them) and they are getting poorer while few get outrageously richer (do you know that HOWARD STERN's salary is 100 million a year?) and they TRY to peacefully protest the injustice/wars/bailouts but their PEACEFUL protest is met with brutal reaction of some police officers and changes nothing! but we are waking up. Several month ago I had no idea who my representative was, i voted- but i usually voted for incumbent because i didn't want anyone to lose job... very mature! now i'm checking their voting record. |
