Some federal agencies behind in their payroll taxes
14 Million dollars owed in unpaid payroll taxes by Federal Agencies. These are payroll taxes that all business' are required to pay or else face penalties. These amounts are deducted from employees payroll checks and the agencies are creating fraud by not paying them.
Perhaps if our government tightened up on these practices, we wouldn't be facing bankruptcy.
