I recently made an address change online-or so I thought. I was surprised by the $20 charge, but then the USPS is in financial trouble. I even got a confirmation email from Jeffrey Keever(cs@usps-change-address.com). I found out a week later that the change of address didn't go through (of course), but the charge did. It is being disputed and my card cancelled. So watch out-we make mistakes when we are most stressed and busy! |
