Well, a friend suggest I do pranks instead when they call. I found a lot of tips at http://www.callercenter.com/articles/14waystoannoytelemarketers.html. But I'm doubtful. Are pranks legal? I mean, they harass me with phone calls everyday! Can I just at least pull up a prank? But don't want to get into trouble.

So we just posted a story on stopping unwanted phone calls. The story talks about some loop holes that telemarketers use to get around the National Do Not Dial registry. It got me wondering, what are some of the craziest things you've gotten an unwanted phone call about? The worst I got was a port-a-jon company trying to sell me portable toilets. I think because I had worked with a golf tournament once, my name and number was recorded. It wasn't exactly the type of call I wanted to waste cell phone minutes on. Posted by dvansant I don't think that they are doing a wrong job because telemarketers make us aware about different products and their cost in the market.
