In Response to SellMyTimeShareNow.com: Can anyone vouch for this internet time share re-seller? I'm inclined to think they are frauds who are mis-representing themselves. Would like to hear from anyone else who may be familiar with this site pr whos' had any dealings with them. One of their representatives actually told me they were 'backed' by aarp. Posted by migrod7 I've never heard nof it. My wife & I are getting by well with this: http://www.ytb.com/1115262 |

Would like to hear from anyone else who may be familiar with this site pr whos' had any dealings with them. One of their representatives actually told me they were 'backed' by aarp. Posted by migrod7 I checked listings for sale at my own resort on this website and discovered that all of the timeshares for sale had quoted HOA fees much cheaper than they are today, so the listings must be years old. On top of that, all the listing prices were also relative to 2004-2006, and in today's economy would only fetch 1/8 to 1/2 of those prices. Without knowing just what's in the sellers' listing agreements, or fees involved, my only guess is that listing changes are left up to the owner/seller. That said, I am wondering if the listings are actual. BTW, remember to NOT pay any money up front to list your timeshare for sale, and there is no such thing as a timeshare appraisal. |
