This would concern me if I were any responsible party at AARP. I counted 20 Headlines on the first page, EIGHT COMPLAINING ABOUT SERVICE, NON-RESPONSE AND GENERAL APATHY ON THE PART OF AARP. For any other company this would be a public relations nightmare. What does AARP do? They continue to tell me my member ship has expired, it hasn't. They continue to send notices regarding renewal (starting 3 days after I renewwed last year and have continued ever since). When calling to complain, I am outsourced to INDIA AND THE PHILLIPINES. Not one response to my e-mails to executive offices. So if they are being this blatant with something so simple, where do you suppose our money is going. Oh, I'm sure it is going to Washington, for expense accounts of AARP higherarchy. I am upset with my Government right now, but even more upset with a company that takes my money and says they are going to represent me. How are they going to represent me when they can't figure out the most basic of business, (1) respond to your customer and (2) provide an excellent product or service. |
