if i flie for bankrupcy and let house and car go back ,which chapter should i pick ? This family has 2 children .oh, divorced parents. Can anyone give me any information on experience with bankrupcy? Thursday125 2013. Thanks Mary davis....

Your best bet is to talk to an attorney, and let them advise you according to your current situation It is possible to keep your home, in one type of bankruptcy, and for both types you must have a list of all your creditors, to file correctly.
Remember, they can come to collect money from you if you do not include the creditor on the bankruptcy filing.
