If You have ever been curious to know where the real estate market is headed...

With the current economy, a lot of issues and what-if's are on seniors' minds.  I find myself thinking about how my children will retire effectively and how the our real estate assets will hold up in the years to come.  Perhaps values will continue to drop if the economy doesn't recover soon or it could be a prime time to buy more property at dirt cheap prices.  My wife seems to be fairly concerned with all the dramatic claims on television and the media.  We've been financially literate since our late 30s together and we value education to help us make the best possible decisions during unknown times.  Fortunately, I was invited to attend a free educational seminar by an associate of mine who is a local real estate professional.  We've worked well in the past and it seems they will be sharing an outlook on the real estate market and how we as seniors can better prepare and protect ourselves (maybe my family members as well) in the upcoming years to come.  It seems interesting and I really don't have much to loose since its free and came highly recommended.  I'll share with fellow my AARP members the details of this seminar if you are in Southern California.
