I want to sell my big house and build a tiny one, but zoning laws don't permit. Here's something that can be done: Please add this to your Contacts and also pass it on to anyone, in any way. It is important: Here in NJ no one is allowed to build a small house; McMansions and suburban sprawl only. Very bad for retirees and environmentalists. It's important.
