I am one of the fortunate ones that will be able to retire (relatively) early and I will not draw much social security at all.  What I would like to know is; are there any plans that will allow you to put money in a health care only account to help pay for premiums when you do retire.  I will be able to leave my job around 55-58 with a full retirement but I dont want health care costs to eat all of that up.  If I could I would like to save up for it now.  Anyone ever heard of this?

I'm no expert but I think you could buy an individual catastrophic health care plan and put a good bit of savings into a HSA.
Best advice would be to check with an independent health insurance agent in your area that represent a lot of different companies.  They could tell you what is available in your state and who the better carriers might be.  You can get some referrals to this type of agent through your other insurance agents - home, life, auto, umbrella, etc.
