In Response to Re: phoney insurance co: How do you know it was not a real insurance company - maybe it was the product that you bought that was not good or what you needed. If they were really a scam . . . . . I doubt that you can get it back. Without more details, your question is impossible to answer. Posted by GailL1 i know they are not good..because they paid for nothing during my hospitalization...not hospital, ambulence, emerency room, doctor, meds........and the so called policy i bought .........i asked about each one of these things separetly and was told i was 100% covered. |

Posted by csibbio Maybe it was a high deductible plan? Everything should have been explained in the policy - did you read it before you bought it? Every state has an Insurance Commissioner office that regulates the industry so if you can determine what the insurnace company should have paid for as stated within the policy and didn't, you should take it up with your states' insurance commissioner's office. |
