It has been reported that Medicare premiums are currently planned to increase according to the following schedule: 
2012 $96.40
2013 $120.20
2014 $247.00

Is this merely rumor or is it factual? Does anyone know for certain?

Snopes is a pretty good place to visit when you receive any broadcast emails.

Unfortunately as the election gets closer there will be many, many more emails circulating that are just political manuevers. These emails are well calculated and not just random emails that are sent. If in doubt assume that it was sent via email and not in the printed news because it is wrong. But check the above sites or any other fact checking sites that you trust to confirm.
