If you do not have some sort of guardianship over this person, I'm not real sure what you can do as far as signing him up for other Medicare plans - D or MediGap - even if it were possible at this stage of the game.

However, you can start your research on the government Medicare website.  The page that I am linking you to is the Medigap locator - on the right of the page is information links concerning Medigap.

At the top of the page is more info - Medicare Basics, Resource Locator & Help and Support.  Here is the link to this info:
