I do not understand why the co-pay rates have increased so much in Arizona. We use the mail order service. For 2013 I saw where the co-pay for 90 day prescriptions on Tier 2 drugs went from $8 to $24

I do not understand why the co-pay rates have increased so much in Arizona. We use the mail order service. For 2013 I saw where the co-pay for 90 day prescriptions on Tier 2 drugs went from $8 to $24 3 TIMES MORE!!). This information was included in the Medicare and You 2013 booklet. I also noticed that in the majority of the contiguous 48 states the co-pay for tier 2 drugs is $5.00, few at $15 with Hawaii, Alaska, etc., higher. Arizona is almost 5 TIMES more. What is up with that??!! I've called UHC but no one seems to know what I'm talking about and I've never received a call back from a customer service rep as promised explaining why such a huge increase in Arizona. Has anyone else noticed this?
