Providers near older neighborhoods, for example cannot afford to cut them out. I live in Central Florida, and for a provider to quit adding MediCare patients it would be suicide. Rent Taxes Labor and everything that goes with it Supplies Technology associated with medical records Those that will add more and more Medicare patients, especially in FL., as the baby boomer retire will have longer and longer wait times because those PCP and Clinics will not have the money for any expansion or even to invest in any new healthcare technology. |
