Never had the "why" ,usually"do you have" question. Basically because it's a lot cheaper than individual insurance for us! karl. In Response to Re: Community Forum group: Several times in the last few weeks while taking insurance information, health care providers have asked me why I have Medicare. I don't ever remember having been asked this before. We finally decided that the answer, for me, was that I have Medicare because I am old enough. I'm really curious about why they are asking this. Does anyone know? Marie N Posted by Marie1040 |

At this time there are two places to post, Message boards as you have posted here with a variety of subjects in categories listed under Message Board and Community forum with another bunch of Categories and groups under each. You have to join a group to post there, but that just takes a click in all "public" groups. Good luck. Karl In Response to Re: Community Forum group: Will someone please tell me WHERE I can get instructions regarding how to participate in ANY of these Message boards. Thanks in advance. I feel like an outsider trying to get in. Even the few posts that I have done show up with a different backound color. I'm not even sure of this reply to your post. Thanks again!! |

If you click on one of the subjects listed on the left like Health it takes you to a page which on the lower right under GROUPS there are some groups listed. If you click on one of those it gets you to that group page and access to categories of groups. There is a search function which doesn't work very well, but you can again go to the category list and get a list of all the groups under each category. It's a struggle and has discouraged a lot of people unfortunately. You still have to click the JOIN to post in any group. Good luck! Let me know how you make out. In Response to Re: Community Forum group: Will someone please tell me WHERE I can get instructions regarding how to participate in ANY of these Message boards. Thanks in advance. Putts Posted by Putts I have to log-on to I E with no-addons to post on this "message board" and I am allowed to type in the space that is given. But on the Forums----I can only type in the space allowed for the title as the system won't allow it. Further I can read personal messages but I cannot respond to them. . I can't explain why but I'm telling you this so you will be aware if you encounter the same problems you will know it's not just ...you. I have many times contacted the community-host and they are also unable to solve it so I just deal with it. |
