I am rather irate that I went through all that work of entering all 22 of my drugs, their strengths and the dosages as well as looking up my Medicare Advantage plan only to have the calculator say at the end that the calculator was unavailable now, try again later! How much later? Was all that information stored like on the Medicare site or will I have to go through that song and dance again?
It seems like pretty poor business, if you ask me, to suck somebody in with a bally-hoo like that and then when you get to the end, you find that you have thrown craps. Come on, AARP.! I expect more for my dues!
