OVER 50 - TO HAVE STRONG BONE YOU NEED WEIGHTED WORKOUTS

Hi - I just want to mention that everyone over 50 is at risk for osteoporosis and to strengthen bones you have to do weight bearing exercise . I hate the gym so I use a weight vest when I walk outside or on treadmill . I agree after reading strong women dont age that women need to do weight workouts to maintain strong muscles and bones too. My MD said to exercise with a weight vest because it targets your whole body as you walk or run . I also got the nyknyc vest because it is the only one really made for women not men . I enjoy it very much and it looks very feminine . see it at http://www.nyknyc.com I ordered it online , I got the red one and I am going back to get one in black too I love the both colors and want to change off on occasion! |
