What one thing would you do differently today?

If you elected to do one thing differently today, what would it be? Would you ride a bike with the kids instead of watching TV? Would you speak up at that staff meeting? Would you buy fruit instead of cereal? What one little thing can you do differently today that could change your entire week?
Everything starts with a thought. So, just imagine: If you were to deliberately select (versus our default, automatic pilot mode) just one tiny thing a day, how would your life be different?
