This year, I want to start eating better and living healthier. The more I read, the more I am realizing I don't eat nearly enough nuts and fish. I mean, everyone knows you need to eat fruits and vegetables, but I wasn't even thinking about eating nuts until I read this article, http://www.naturecastproducts.net/2011/12/29/you-need-this-for-crucial-cell-repair/. I would much rather eat natural things than add any more pills to my diet! |
