Currently a new diet system is sweeping europe following an investigational UK science program.
The 5:2 fasting diet claims to give good weight loss, decrease incidence of a variety of age related diseases (diabetes, cardiovascular, tumours) and lead to an overall increase in healthy lifespan.
I have been a fan of fasting for over 10 yrs and remain fit, trim and healthy.
