In Response to Re: Fighting cholesteral using fishoil: Remember that fish oil thins your blood. Because everyone's body chemistry is different, we all respond to it differently. If you find that fish oil is not working, you can also try borage oil and safflower oil as well as olive oil. Instead of fish oil, there are the omega 3/6/9 mixes and krill oil. Fish oil works for me, but my husband has to use borage oil. For the original person saying that his cholesterol is 84 and should be 70, I think he mistyped it. 170 is a normal low cholesterol. 70 seems way too low. Which cholesterol is he referring to. We do need some cholesterol in our bodies. Remember that there are good and bad cholesterols. They have done studies that indicate that it is not the total cholesterol in our body, but the good to bad ratio. This is not a quick fix, so give yourself a few months to make sure it works or doesn't work |

It is essential to good health to consume oils, some essential vitamins are NOT water soluble and need oil to be released for use in the body. In Response to Re: Fighting cholesteral using fishoil: |
