My doctor put me on warfarin about 3 months ago and I've been having a very difficult time limiting my vitamin K intake.  I recently started taking a vitamin called K Free Daily which is great.  There is no vitamin K in it and it's meant for people who are on warfarin.  I do recommend it.  My problem is that I really miss my spinach.  I'm hoping someone can give me some advice on how they coped with restricting their vitamin K intake.  Thank you.
