Have you tried "Real Time Pain Relief"?? I have pain from the top of my neck to my finger tips. This stuff works for me. Rub it on and the pain subsides. You can email me at painrelief59@gmail.com. for info. I like this product. I can get you some to try if you like. God Bless Tim In Response to chronic pain: i have neuropath, rh and degenatrive disk all in my lower back nothing can be done for it but to give me pain pills the rest of my life. i am allerigc to steriods and any kind of therapy could cause a disk to rupture. so i am having a very hard time finding a pain mangement doctor because i am not a money maker because they only make money on steriods and therapy. also i have congestive heart failure which scares them off. the DEA is coming down so hard on family doctors for giving out pain pills that i am in a real fix. some day i will end up in a wheelchair because of my disk and the pain can get unbearable but does the DEA care NO NO NO. they are so worried about drugs that they don't go after real drug users. i am on disability 100% because of my back but does that make a difference. nope. what to do? i don't know it keeps me so stressed. anyone out there got any ideas pleaselet me know. Posted by 22bigred Actually those pain medications are in high demand with all those pain clinics opening up - some legal; some not so much. I'm wondering what kind of pain medication will work with the CHF - much of it will surpress your heart rate/ breathing rate and that is not good to do with CHF. You could start to retain fluid. Ask about acupuncture - doubt your Doc would recommend it ( not a money maker for him) . I would consult a doctor at a major medical teaching hospital - they should know the latest and greatest. |

http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/radiofrequency-neurotomy/MY00947 I get something called radiofrequency treatments done in a pain clinic at a local hospital. Read about them in the link above. You get referred by an orthopeadic surgeon. For me, they last 4-5 months and take most all of the pain away. They take a week or two to kick completely in. AND yes, it hurts, but for me it is worth having 4-5 good months. My Medicare and Medicaid pay for it completely. I hope this helps. Deana |

Posted by 22bigred Whatever you do don't fall for the homeopathic remedies or other "snake oil" treatments. The way that these psuedo-medications get around the FDA is that there's NO, absolutely NO, active ingreidient. Amazing how many people get away with the homeopathic scam.
