In order to participate in AARP advocacy survey's or other activities, they require you to sign an IRREVOCABLE "GENERAL RELEASE". (http://action.aarp.org/site/PageNavigator/YEAS_Questionnare_Release_Form.html) The release requires you to indemnify and hold them harmless from anything arising out of their "productions". Since I would have no rights to determine how they use me, my writings or likeness, it means I will not participate in these survey's polls, or questionaires. So much for AARP representing me or my issues. |
