I feel ripped off by an air conditioner manufacturer. I got a new Goodman AC less than 3 years ago in an effort to reduce my electric bill and now the evaporation coil had to be replaced which cost me

I feel ripped off by an air conditioner manufacturer.

I got a new Goodman AC less than 3 years ago in an effort to reduce my electric bill and now the evaporation coil had to be replaced which cost me nearly $500.00 in labor and Freon.

Since Goodman had changed the quality of the evaporation coil this should count as a recall and Goodman should cover labor and Freon cost in addition to the part.

Can anyone directo me to any consumer advocaty groups or advise me?
Are there any groups in Florida?
There a many, many complaints about this Goodman AC issue on the internet.

I would call the BBB in your state and file and complant with them
They do not make anything like they used too. I think they make a lot of appliances and other things to that they will have to be replaced within 5 years.
Yo must advocate for this!!!!
